With over 16 years of experience in property management and 3.5 years with Ironclad Properties, Kristina Gregory plays a key leadership role in overseeing operations across the company’s residential portfolio throughout Canada. As Manager of Operations, Kristina is passionate about supporting the front-line teams who keep each community running smoothly. She sees her role as a behind-the-scenes problem solver—removing obstacles, improving processes, and fostering collaboration so that her teams can focus on delivering outstanding service to residents.

Kristina’s strengths lie in project management, operational strategy, and building a culture of accountability and teamwork. Although her role doesn’t involve daily interaction with residents, she is deeply committed to ensuring that every team member understands the importance of customer service and the impact it has on building strong communities. Her weekly meetings with on-site teams help her stay informed, provide guidance, and address challenges proactively.

Originally from Campbell River on Vancouver Island, Kristina brings a love of nature and creativity to both her personal and professional life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family—including her two loyal puggles, who join her at the office and on local adventures around Metchosin. A lifelong lover of art and design, Kristina has even built some of her own furniture at home.

Looking ahead, Kristina is excited to continue helping her teams grow, recognizing their hard work, and enhancing the resident experience across all Ironclad communities. As the Leasing Coordinator at West Summit, Lynne Salvacion brings over two years of experience in property management and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. With a thoughtful, client-focused approach, Lynne takes pride in connecting with prospective residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a seamless leasing experience. Her showings are known for being informative, welcoming, and tailored to highlight the best of what West Summit has to offer.

Lynne is known for her consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Behind the scenes, she puts great care into preparing every showing and move-in—ensuring paperwork is in order, suites are clean and ready, and the process feels smooth from start to finish. Her approach to customer service is grounded in communication, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things easy for every resident.

Originally from the southern Philippines and raised in Gimli, Manitoba, Lynne blends her cultural roots with a love for creativity and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, fashion, and discovering new culinary experiences. A talented self-taught designer, she has been sewing since she was 14—often creating custom outfits for herself and others.

With the grand opening of West Summit on the horizon, Lynne is excited to welcome new residents to this modern, elegant community with breathtaking views. Her message to future residents: “I'm here to help make your move simple, exciting, and memorable. I can’t wait to welcome you home.”

Allie Sampson is the Marketing Coordinator at West Summit, where she brings over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, a sharp creative eye, and an endless ability to multitask. Since joining the team in early 2025, she’s found her groove in the fast-paced world of community building—loving the variety each day brings and the excitement of watching something meaningful take shape from the ground up.

Originally from Duncan, BC, Allie leads with empathy and a “solutions first” mindset. Whether she’s planning a campaign or responding to resident feedback, she believes the key to great service is anticipating needs and making people feel heard and at home. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing future residents fall in love with a space that’s been built with care—and knowing she had a hand in that story.

When she’s not working her marketing magic, Allie is probably out biking, hiking the Finlayson Arm trail, or hanging with her kids and her sweet pup Josie (who loves snacks almost as much as she loves attention).

As West Summit welcomes its residents, Allie is most excited to help foster a community people are truly proud to call home. “We’ve poured so much heart and energy into this building,” she says, “and I hope that shines through in your everyday experience here.”
