With a thoughtful, client-focused approach, Lynne takes pride in connecting with prospective residents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a seamless leasing experience. Her showings are known for being informative, welcoming, and tailored to highlight the best of what West Summit has to offer.

Lynne is known for her consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Behind the scenes, she puts great care into preparing every showing and move-in—ensuring paperwork is in order, suites are clean and ready, and the process feels smooth from start to finish. Her approach to customer service is grounded in communication, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things easy for every resident.

Originally from the southern Philippines and raised in Gimli, Manitoba, Lynne blends her cultural roots with a love for creativity and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, fashion, and discovering new culinary experiences. A talented self-taught designer, she has been sewing since she was 14—often creating custom outfits for herself and others.
